How to Map a Drive (Windows 7)

*Clicking the pictures will make them larger

1. Open Computer (My Computer) from the start menu (orb in bottom left corner)
2. Select Map network drive

3. From the Drive drop down menu, choose a drive letter that is not being used
eg. C: and D: would not be available in the screen shot above
** In most cases you will be using a specific drive
4. In the Folder box, enter the following \\rangernet\thenameofthedrive
eg. \\rangernet\membership
eg. \\rangernet\jmc
5. Make sure the box to reconnect at logon is checked

6. Click Finish to connect
